Heather Beard graduated with honours from Alberta College of Massage Therapy’s 2200-hour program in January 2022. She has gained experience in the field since, and comes into the profession with enthusiasm to help people heal and feel their best selves within their bodies. As an advocate for holistic health, she believes in the power of a therapeutic approach to massage to treat a range of conditions. She is also trained in relaxation massage and is certified in cupping massage.
Heather is in good standing with the association Natural Heath Practitioners of Canada, which requires her to continue her education, be trained in first aid, and have a criminal record check with vulnerable sectors.
Her personal interests include rock climbing, hiking, skiing, and running. As an active person she knows how important it is to have your body feeling its best, which guides her massage therapy practice.
